Instead of paying for a ghetto hostel we decided to upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment with the girls right on La Ramblas where we got up to mischief. We went grocery shopping and didnt wanna buy plastic bags so we brought our trolley back to our apartment (5 blocks away) up the lift and into our apartment where we unpacked it and decided to hop in it and have a drink. CLASSY!
We watched lion king, hes just not that into you and lots of other movies in the arvo and then Aunty Jess cooked dinner and we ate while drinking Sangria and Vodka. The boys from our tour then came for drinks and we headed out to the Boulevard and thought it was bad so we left and got a kebab on the way home. As we walked home a prostitute burped really loudly in jesses face and after a long hard laugh we went to bed.
Next day we went to the beach and had 5 euro massages . It was amazing just what we needed after all this drinking. Went home after that and cooked dinner and had an early night as the girls were leaving and we had to change hostels. It was sad they left us but we'd see them in two days. Like they say 'Absence makes the heart grow fonder'.
Next day we hung by the beach and went shopping for clothes for La tomatina. We then went home and predrank and ended up going out to Opium bar with guys from our hostel and Jaime. It was a big night and lots of fun and the bouncer really quite liked Sal and even gave her a free Redbull. Next day we had to change rooms so we slept in and watched some movies then had tapas for dinner which we have fallen in love with Tortillas (potato and egg quiche minus pastry) and croquettas (deep fried cheese and ham balls ).
Up early the next morning and on the bus to begin our 3 day La Tomatina festival.
