The next day we got up and walked around the esplanade and then hung by the beach all day. After we met Ash, Nicky and Naomi we headed to Monaco on the train where we turned from backpackers to highrollers.
We walked past the most expensive boats I've ever seen and thousands of Lamberginis, Porsches, Ferraris and even the taxis were brand new Mercedes. We walked up to the Monte Carlo Casino where we watched all the rich people stroll in and spend thousands of euros on the black jack tables. Us high rollers spent 5 euro and even played the pokies. The casino is very quiet, not one sound was made apart from the rolling of the dice and the pokies even made no sound they only flashed different coloured lights when you got a feature. The walls and the ceiling were gold and when you went to the toilet once you were finished the toilet seat spun around and disinfected itself for the next person. We got the train back to Nice after dinner and went to bed.
The next day we went to the beach and then met our new room mates which were german. We strolled with them down to the main plaza where we saw breakdancers and salsa dancing and all sorts. Off to bed for an early night as we have to catch the bus to Barcelona tomorrow.
