Barthelona

The town of fake lisps!

Yes we do know Barthelona is spelt Barcelona but to sound like a true spanish person you must pronounce it Barthelona as everyone puts on a lisp.

To begin our first two days of Barthelona our hostel was over 1 hour out of the main town by train in the middle of the ghetto. It was scary for 2 girls when Barcelona is known for mugging and Pick pocketting.
That night we went to La Fonda Restaurant which is a restaurant that is subsidised by the government so the meals are high quality at a low price. We got a 2 course meal and a litre of Sangria for 12euros. WHAT A BARGAIN!! While sitting at dinner a young spanish girl walked around the corner into a backstreet where we then say a couple come sprinting down and pushed her up against the wall and abusing her then the spanish girl handed them back there stuff. They were very lucky but we saw this type of thing happen on more then one occasion especially at the beach.

The next day we went to the beach and checked out some shops. We met up with Nicky and Ash for dinner but as we had no phones we missed them and both ended up sitting on different levels of the restaurant to only notice each other as we both went to leave. DAM NO PHONES!

The next day we flew to Ibiza to start our 8 days of parties, drinks and no sleep.
