San Sebastian - beaches, beef cheeks and baking!

WE spent 3 nights in San sebastian and were really lucky with the weather as it had rained for 5 days straight until we arrived the sun came out!

It was the last stop we had where we would be able to hang by a beach and get more of a tan. So we spend the next 3 days sunbaking, eating beef cheeks (there local dish) and strolling up the beach!

We hiked to the top of the mountain where there is a huge statue of jesus . We also did a bit of retail therapy as it was beginning to get cold and we had no winter clothes. WE ate lots of 'Pinchos' which is like tapas only its on sliced bread and all have toothpicks in them and its an honour system so if u threw your toothpicks out you didnt pay for what you ate! LUCKY WERE HONEST!

We drank lots of 'Calimocho' (red wine and coke) and also 'Tinto Verano' (red wine and lemon fanta) they were amazing! and definately got you a little typsy to easily!
